I grew up on Highland Street since I was born and I still live on Highland Street and raised my two children in the house across the street from my childhood home. I will always remember Mr. Scarpa working in his yard. He always said hello and I will remember him for being a hard working man and good neighbor. I will miss seeing him working out in his yard. Rest In Peace Mr. Scarpa. My sympathies to the family.
