I used to always sit next to Ronnie in school as my name ended in "S" and his in "W." I remember in particular Ms. Sheridan's 6th grade class. Ronnie was out in October for a long time. I was told by him later that he was loading the tobacco into the barns on as he said a " damp day." He like me loved music and he used to play his accordian in class. I tried to play the piano and was studying with Mrs. Delmar Sisson on Day Avenue. I could tell that Ronnie was really good. I wish that I could have attended the service, but I didn't know in time. My classmate and friend Pat Cosma told me about it. I remember encountering his son at CVS some years ago. Ronnie will be a wonderful memory for me. Virginia Seaverns Hilyard
