Robert E. Norrie, 72, entered into eternal rest on Monday, December 31, 2018. Born in Suffield, son of the late Wilfred and Fannie (DeGreenie) Norrie, he lived in Suffield most of his life before moving to Southwick over twenty years ago.

Robert worked as a crew leader for Caldon Refractories in Enfield for over twenty years before he retired. He was a graduate of Suffield High School, an Air Force Veteran of the Vietnam War and an avid hunter and fisherman.

He leaves his wife of twenty-seven years, Carol A. (Farr) Norrie, a step-son, Peter A. Adoretti of Westfield, MA, a step-daughter, Tracey L. Adoretti of Southwick, MA, a brother and his wife, Donald and Carol Norrie of West Suffield, a sister, Pearl Tedford of New York and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

The funeral will be Friday, January, 11; at 10am at the Heritage Funeral Home, 1240 Mountain Road, West Suffield, followed by burial in Enfield Street Cemetery in Enfield. Calling hours are Thursday, January 10 from 5-7 pm.
