Obituary for Jean Brackoneski (Squazza)

Jean (Squazza) Brackoneski, 81, of Manchester formerly of Suffield, died February 9, 2017. Born in Springfield, MA; on February 17, 1935, daughter of the late Bruno & Gertrude Squazza and lived in Suffield for many years before moving to Manchester to be close to her family.

Jean worked as a secretary for over 25 years retiring from Timet Metal Products.

She is survived by her three children, Steve Brackoneski and his wife Linda of Manchester, Billy Brackoneski of Windsor Locks, and Kory Groszyk of Enfield, six grandchildren, and one great grandchild. Jean was predeceased by her husband William R. Brackoneski, and all her siblings.

Calling Hours will be on Thursday, February 23, from 9:30-10:30AM at the Heritage Funeral Home, 1240 Mountain Road, West Suffield. Followed by A Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at 11:00 AM at Sacred Heart Church, Suffield. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Suffield.
