Alice (Gandza) Padrevita, 82, of Suffield wife of 58 years to the late Francis A Padrevita passed away Monday February 23, 2015 peacefully at local nursing home. Born in Hartford, on December 19, 1932, daughter of the late Michael and Mary (Shincaruk) Gandza. She was a graduate of Weaver High School, Hartford. Alice and Francis Padrevita worked together owning and operating The Thompsonville Drug Co. for 48 years before retiring.
She is survived by her son, David Padrevita and his wife Joanne of Suffield; three grandchildren Amy, James and Thomas Padrevita. She was predeceased by a brother, Nicholas Gandza. Funeral services and burial at Woodlawn Cemetery are private Heritage Funeral Home, West Suffield has been entrusted with the arrangements.
